He has specialized in Educational Psychology. He has over twenty children’s books and teachers’ courses to his credit as author or editor. He has conducted over 500 teacher’s training workshops all over the country in association with several public and private institutions, and has been a consultant to the World Bank Educational Project in Balochistan, Sindh Textbook Board and Iqbal Academy Pakistan. He has received the Award for Professional Excellence from Government of Pakistan and is currently compiling his experiences on school leadership spread over ten years in the form of a book.

Zubair Husain Shaikh is the author of Presidential award winning series Mera Iqbal. He is presently working as a Project Manager at ERDC. He is known for his innovative teaching methods and strategies for teaching Urdu language and Early Childhood Education. He has conducted teacher-training programs for Concepts Building in Maths (for Teachers of Sindh) and Teaching of Islamiat for teachers of urban and rural areas of Pakistan. His research work on classroom dynamics has benefited a number of teachers. He has leaded several projects of teacher training and evaluation also, for Agakhan Education Service of Pakistan, Developments in Literacy, Indus Resource Centre and NOWA. He has also worked as author in the preparation of Islamiat books (for primary classes) being published by Noorani Publishers. At present, he is engaged in several projects of books development and teachers training.

She is the author of a series of Science books published by Sindh Textbook Board. She holds a Masters degree in Zoology from University of Karachi. She completed the Master Teachers’ Course from TDC in 2003 and has participated in several national and international seminars. She has conducted workshops for teachers of primary to secondary level on Science Teaching and Creativity. She has also served Haq Foundation School, Karachi as Coordinator. At present she is preparing instructional resource for teachers.

She is the author of a series of Science books published by Sindh Textbook Board and Islamiat Textbooks being published by Noorani Publishers. She holds a Masters degree in Bio-technology from University of Karachi. She is an experienced and trained primary teacher and has served as Maths Coordinator at Haq Foundation School Karachi.

She is a Project Officer at ERDC. She has been teaching Islamiat at different levels and has developed Islamiat curriculum for preprimary and primary classes. She is the author of Islamiat textbooks published by Noorani Publishers and is currently working as author on Fehmul Quran workbook series. She has also conducted training workshops for teachers of Islamiat.

She is a Project Officer at ERDC. She has worked as author in Starters’ Curriculum Pack and is currently working on the development of preprimary teachers’ resource. She has also worked as reviewer of STB Elementary Science Books. She has participated in several national and international programs on teaching and education. She is a trained preprimary teacher and has worked as Pre-primary Facilitator. She holds a Masters degree in Bio-technology from University of Karachi.

He has participated in different projects of teacher training and books development for leading institutions such as Sindh Textbook Board, Paramount Books, Iqbal Academy Pakistan, Developments in Literacy, Indus Resource Centre and Aga Khan Education Service of Pakistan. He has also founded an organization by the name the children foundation.

He has worked on several projects of books development and publishing. His expert advice on printing technicalities has made ERDC preserve excellence in the preparation of books. He has also represented ERDC at several national and international conferences on teaching and education.

He has done graduation in commerce from University of Karachi. He has represented ERDC at several national and international conferences and has also arranged seminars and workshops on teaching and education. He had been associated with Chapter & Verse School for accounts and management. He has served British Council of Pakistan as invigilator of ACCA and O levels examination.
