ERDC offers both short term workshops and long-term training programs. The variety of workshops furnish not only the basic needs of teaches and schools but also provide opportunities for in-depth studies of individual areas. Our team of master trainers and subject specialists has designed workshops on many different topics. From child behavior to teaching to motivation to development of teaching tools; the range is vast and comprehensive.

ERDC has been involved in the field of teachers’ education all over the country both in private and public sectors. Thousands of teachers have attended training workshops of ERDC. Workshops have been offered for teachers, school heads, administrators, coordinators, master trainers, parents, students and community leaders.

ERDC has also worked with different NGOs on school improvement plans and has offered need based training courses to their teachers and managements. Some of the NGOs for which ERDC has prepared and offered courses are: Developments in Literacy, Indus Resource Centre, NOWA, Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan – Quaid Schools and Layari Development Organization Khairpur.
